रिफंड नीति (Refund Policy)

Malwa Desi Ghee में हम हर ग्राहक को शुद्धता, ईमानदारी और सेवा देने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं। यदि किसी कारणवश आप हमारे उत्पाद या सेवा से संतुष्ट नहीं हैं, तो हम आपकी चिंता को समझते हैं और उसका समाधान करने के लिए तैयार हैं। (At Malwa Desi Ghee, we are committed to delivering purity, honesty, and heartfelt service to every customer. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product or service, we understand your concern and are ready to resolve it.)
1. रिफंड की पात्रता (Eligibility for Refund):
आपको रिफंड मिल सकता है यदि (You may be eligible for a refund if):
✅ उत्पाद टूटा, लीक हुआ, या खराब स्थिति में पहुँचा हो (Product was received broken, leaked, or in a damaged condition)
✅ गलत उत्पाद भेजा गया हो (You received the wrong product)
✅ ऑर्डर गुम हो गया हो या कोरियर द्वारा लौटाया गया हो, और आप दोबारा डिलीवरी नहीं चाहते (Order was lost or returned by the courier, and you do not wish for a redelivery)
नोट: रिफंड के लिए अनुरोध प्रोडक्ट डिलीवरी के 3 दिनों के भीतर किया जाना आवश्यक है। (Note: Refund requests must be made within 3 days of product delivery.)
2. रिटर्न स्वीकार नहीं किए जाते यदि (Refunds Will Not Be Issued If):
✅ उत्पाद को खोला या उपयोग किया गया हो (The product has been opened or used)
✅ गलत शिपिंग एड्रेस के कारण डिलीवरी असफल हुई हो (Delivery failed due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer)
✅ ग्राहक का मन बदल गया हो, लेकिन उत्पाद सही स्थिति में पहुँचा हो (The customer changed their mind, but the product was delivered in proper condition)
3. रिफंड प्रक्रिया (How to Request a Refund):
🖼️ कृपया अपने पार्सल को खोलने से पहले उसका वीडियो रिकॉर्ड करें। यदि पार्सल में टूट-फूट, गलत उत्पाद, लीक होने जैसी कोई समस्या हो, तो उस वीडियो के साथ हमें ईमेल या व्हाट्सएप के माध्यम से सूचित करें। (Please record a video before opening your parcel. If there is any issue such as damage, wrong product, or leakage, kindly inform us via email or WhatsApp along with the video)
⏱️ हमारी टीम 24–48 घंटों में आपकी शिकायत की समीक्षा करेगी। (Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.)
💳 यदि रिफंड स्वीकृत होता है, तो राशि 5–7 कार्यदिवसों में आपके बैंक या UPI अकाउंट में वापस भेज दी जाएगी। (If approved, the refund amount will be credited to your bank or UPI account within 5–7 business days.)
